Supervise and coordinate the overall nursing department.
Manage nursing staff duties, shifts, and duty rosters.
Ensure proper patient care and nursing standards.
Monitor nursing documentation and maintain records.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Conduct training and orientation programs for nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Handle nursing staff concerns and maintain discipline.
Monitor infection control and patient safety practices.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc Nursing
Valid nursing registration.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory/leadership role is preferred.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Solid knowledge of hospital nursing procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
