Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations qualified to manage day-to-day co-living property operations, ensuring smooth property performance and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage property operations, move-ins/move-outs and resident processes.
Monitor rental collections, R&M;, utilities and reconciliations.
Manage vendors, invoices and service quality.
Handle MIS, reporting, data analysis and operational trackers.
Coordinate with Property Managers, Finance, Sales and other teams.
Track operational KPIs, identify gaps and ensure timely closure.

Requirements:
3–7 years of relevant experience in co-living, hospitality, real estate, facility or property management.




Robust Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills.
Positive analytical, communication and vendor-management skills.
Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Hospitality/Operations background is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
