We are looking for a Lead – US HR & Contracts with solid experience in US HR operations, contracts, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Manage day-to-day US HR operations, onboarding, and offboarding.
Handle employee documentation, HR records, trackers, and MIS.
Manage I-9, E-Verify, W-4, background verification, and onboarding compliance.
Coordinate US payroll-related documentation and employee changes.
Manage contracts, renewals, amendments, and vendor compliance.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, and internal teams.
Handle COI/insurance, BGC, and other compliance requirements.
Maintain employee visa/work authorization records including OPT, STEM, CPT, and H-1B.
Prepare offer letters, employment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Lead and support the US HR & Contracts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Resolve employee, vendor, and client queries related to HR and contracts
