MIS Analyst

· Experience: 3+ years in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business operations

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field

Key Requirements:
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, dashboards & charts).
Robust knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
Experience in daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
Ability to handle large datasets, data cleaning, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
Analyse sales, purchases, collections, expenses, inventory, and operational data.
Track KPIs and prepare variance/actual-vs-budget reports.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies with relevant departments.
Consolidate departmental data and provide timely analysis to management.
