Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our People Excellence team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to various HR activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and other day-to-day HR operations.

This is an excellent prospect for an HR/MBA/PGDM graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources within a rapid-paced retail organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining formalities.




Support the employee onboarding process, including document collection and verification.
Maintain and update employee records and HR-related databases.
Coordinate with store teams and managers regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
Support HR team in employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and other required documentation.
Follow up with candidates and employees to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
