Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and enquiries for international outbound holiday packages.
Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget and destination preferences.
Recommend and customize suitable international tour packages and itineraries.
Prepare quotations, itineraries and package proposals for customers.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation/enquiry to booking confirmation and payment.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely closure of leads.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales information in the CRM.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated about international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, flights, visas and travel products.

Preferred Candidate Profile




15 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Outbound Travel Sales preferred.
Candidates with experience in selling international holiday packages will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Good sales conversion and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based KPIs.
Should be comfortable handling leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Knowledge of international destinations such as Japan, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Australia, etc. will be an advantage.
Candidates from Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, DMCs or Travel Companies are preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a solid interest in travel sales may also be considered.
