Job Description
Handle and respond to customer emails, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries.
Manage and follow up on online orders from order confirmation to delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse, billing and delivery teams for timely order processing.
Track order status, dispatches, deliveries and returns.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, product availability and delivery updates.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
Maintain daily records of online orders, enquiries, follow-ups and customer complaints.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for delivery-related issues.
Prepare basic reports related to online sales and order status.




Support the team in improving online customer service and order management processes.

Qualification
MBA – Marketing / HR / Operations / General Management
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
Valuable English communication and email writing skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of online orders / e-commerce operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
