Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, interacting with customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up for conversions
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Positive communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Confident, persuasive, and patient personality

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
