Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Senior Sourcing Executive based in Pune, India. The Senior Sourcing Executive will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-effective and quality sources, coordinating product sampling, overseeing quality control,



and handling supply chain logistics. Key tasks include conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, cross-costing, and managing custom product development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining smooth operations to meet client requirements.

Qualifications
Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management
Solid abilities in Quality Assurance, Vendor Relations, and Negotiation
Proficiency in Market Research, Cross-Costing, and Product Development
Knowledge of Export Documentation, Compliance, and Logistics Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in tools like MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience in export/trade industries is highly desirable
