Job Title: Reactor Operator – Ointment/Cream/Lotion Manufacturing
Job Description:
Operate and monitor reactors for manufacturing of ointments, creams, lotions and other semi-solid products.
Charge raw materials as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Monitor temperature, pressure, mixing and processing parameters.
Handle heating, cooling, mixing and homogenization processes.
Follow SOPs, GMP and safety procedures.
Maintain batch records and production documentation.
Ensure proper cleaning and secure operation of manufacturing equipment.
Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma/Cosmetic/Semi-Solid Manufacturing preferred.
Location: Palghar, Kolgaon East, Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
