Key Responsibilities
Handle HR statutory and labour law compliance as per applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory requirements.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records and compliance documentation.
Conduct and support internal HR compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate for labour law audits, inspections and statutory requirements.
Monitor compliance related to contract labour, employee documentation, wages, working hours, leave and other labour-related matters.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and relevant authorities for compliance-related matters.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain proper records.
Keep track of changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure implementation within the organization.
Support HR team during audits and provide required documents and reports.




Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper documentation for management review.

Requirements
Graduate in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Laws or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labour Compliance.
Robust knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT and labour compliance audits.
Good knowledge of Excel and HR documentation.
Robust coordination, documentation and communication skills.
Experience in construction, interior fit-out or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
