Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in hiring for technical and niche roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to hire in rapid-paced, startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (AI, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, Software Development, Data, etc.).

-Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.

-Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, social media, and networking.

-Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.

-Coordinate interviews and follow up with stakeholders.

-Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

-Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.

-Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

-Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

-Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment reports.





-Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

-Proven experience hiring for IT, AI, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, or Engineering roles.

-Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.

-Hands-on experience with ATS tools.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

-Understanding of diversity hiring and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience working in a startup or technology-driven organization.

-Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.

-Exposure to compensation benchmarking.
HR or Talent Acquisition certifications (AIRS, PHR, SHRM) are a plus.
