Job Summary

We are hiring Academic Counsellors for multiple openings with a growing education/EdTech organisation.

The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career and learning requirements, counselling them about relevant programmes, and converting enquiries into admissions/enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational and career requirements.
Provide accurate information about courses/programmes.
Counsel students and help them choose suitable programmes.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments.
Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
Achieve individual and team conversion targets.

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.




Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Positive and customer-focused approach.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales or Business Development will be preferred.
