Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations. The role will involve leading IT initiatives, troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing vendors, and ensuring reliable and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, computers, and business applications.
Lead day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and security.
Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, and enterprise applications as applicable.
Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and endpoint protection.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, contracts, and technology purchases.
Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and system implementations.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and disaster-recovery processes.




Monitor IT budgets and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
Mentor junior IT staff and coordinate with internal departments and senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and applicable regulations.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and end-user computing.
Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing vendors and IT projects.
Positive communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, or CompTIA are an advantage.
5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience supervising or leading IT operations.
