Business Development Manager / Cluster Manager – Ayurveda, Wellness & Spa

Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Manage business development and operations across multiple Ayurveda/Wellness/ Spa centres.
Achieve revenue, sales and customer acquisition targets.
Develop corporate tie-ups, partnerships and current business prospects.
Monitor centre performance, customer experience and service quality.
Lead and motivate centre teams and monitor their performance.
Track sales, revenue, conversions and other KPIs.
Prepare regular business reports and implement strategies for growth.

Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Ayurveda, Wellness, Spa, Healthcare or Hospitality.
Robust sales, business development and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
Willingness to travel across centres.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
