Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of application configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques in integration processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
