Responsibilities
Handling a team of Branch Managers; they will also be handling the FLS team.
Achieving all the given targets well on time, ensuring achievements in various contests along with the achievements of the team members in their levels of promotion too.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
Manage joint calls with the sales team and generate business.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Develop and manage an productive distribution network to improve sales performance.
Investigate sales calls and lead generation activities; investigate customer claims.
Follow rules and regulations and monitor compliance in the team.
Verify customer documents, investigate claims, and provide cutting-edge ideas and suggestions to improve performance.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to enhance sales performance.
Meet with HR and decision makers of the corporate company.
Provide feedback on the performance of the sales teams.
