Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and take ownership of hiring across different departments.
Build and develop a robust, capable team based on the company’s current and future requirements.
Source, screen, interview, select, and onboard candidates effectively.
Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring needs and close positions within timelines.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, HRMS, documentation, and employee records.
Take care of employee engagement, employee relations, grievances, and overall employee well-being.
Handle onboarding, performance management, employee retention, and exit formalities.
Maintain a positive and professional work culture and address employee concerns appropriately.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and recruitment-related data for management.
Ensure proper communication between employees and management.





Requirements
Proven experience in HR management with robust hands-on recruitment experience.
Experience in a digital marketing / 3D / performance marketing company will be an added advantage.
Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and people-management skills.
Ability to independently manage hiring and build a team.
Proactive, responsible, and capable of handling multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Location: Salt Lake, Sec V, Kolkata

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
