Sales Executive – VTS

Role: Sales Executive – Vehicle Tracking System

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through cold calling, field visits, references, online enquiries, dealer contacts, and other sources.
Contact fleet owners and companies to introduce the company's GPS/VTS solutions.
Understand customer requirements such as vehicle tracking, route monitoring, driver monitoring, fuel monitoring, employee transportation, school bus tracking, and security.
Schedule and conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Explain the perks and features of the GPS device, VTS portal, mobile application, alerts, reports, and tracking system.
Prepare quotations and share commercial proposals with customers.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with the installation team for GPS installation, activation, and customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
Follow up for pending payments and subscription renewals.




Visit existing customers to identify opportunities for additional vehicles, GPS devices, fuel sensors, RFID, dashcams, etc.
Collect customer feedback and report technical/service issues to the concerned team.
Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, visits, leads, quotations, and sales closures.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and activity targets.
Keep updated on competitor products, pricing, and VTS market developments.

Conduct VTS product demonstrations.
Send quotations.
Follow up on open quotations.
Visit potential customers.
Coordinate GPS installations.
Follow up on payments.
Update CRM/sales reports.
Follow up with existing customers for additional business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
