Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach
Monitor sales performance and drive consistent growth
Lead and manage the sales process effectively
Contribute to building a robust and growing customer network
Preferred Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture & MBA in Marketing
2+ years of experience in sales
Agriculture-related field sales experience preferred
Agronomy experience is an added advantage
English + Hindi compulsory
Strong communication, leadership & relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
