About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, posts, and other social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to create high-quality content.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.




Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to support overall marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social media campaigns.
Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
