Seedling Bakery in Thrissur is known for specialty desserts made from scratch with premium ingredients. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team.

What You’ll Do
Assist in the daily production of cakes, cookies, brownies, and entremets.
Learn and follow recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality.
Support preparation, baking, finishing, and packaging of products.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage mise en place, inventory checks, and basic organization.

What We’re Looking For
Passion for baking and desserts (skilled training is a plus, but not mandatory).
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.




Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends and festive periods when demand is high.
