Company Description Hair O Craft Hair Transplant Clinic is a leading provider of hair transplant and hair restoration services in Kerala, operating since 2006. The clinic is supported by a dedicated team of experienced doctors and hair specialists focused on delivering high-quality, personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and treatments.
Maintain regular communication with existing patients regarding appointments and post-treatment follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and patient feedback.




Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
