Practical Learning & Rotations: Complete scheduled rotations through production, quality control, maintenance, and stores. Shadow senior engineers and technicians to understand machinery, operating procedures, and assembly lines.
Technical Assistance: Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, or blueprints. Perform basic calculations, measurements, or quality checks under supervision.
Data Collection & Reporting: Monitor and record process parameters like cycle times, machine downtime, and defect rates. Help prepare reports, logs, and shift updates for supervisors.
Maintenance & Support: Assist with routine equipment checks, servicing, or minor troubleshooting on the shop floor or field site.
Safety Compliance: Follow all plant or site safety protocols, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining 5S workplace organization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
