Job Overview & Responsibilities

This role will have you on the road more than you’re at your desk. Flights, trains, schools across India, sometimes two cities in a day. If that sounds exhausting, this is not for you. If that sounds like exactly where you want to be, keep reading.
The K12 vertical at the business school runs Hackathons, buildathons, leadership programmes for school students. Let’s just say it is not only a spreadsheet you manage. You will be in front of students, school counsellors, parents, and principals, building something that didn’t exist a few years ago.

What you’ll actually do:

Own school relationships.
Run on-ground events.
Build outreach pipelines from scratch.
Conduct engaging sessions and workshops across schools.
Represent the school at school fairs,



career festivals, and outreach events.
Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, principals, and other key stakeholders.
Drive awareness and engagement for K12 programmes among students and schools.
Travel like it’s your default state.

Who I’m looking for:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those who have solid communication and public-speaking skills.
Someone who is comfortable being the youngest person in a room of principals and the most experienced person in a room of students, yet maintains the balance of nature.
We’re particularly looking for people who have hands-on public speaking experience , whether through MUNs, debates, Toastmasters, college societies, workshops, presentations, or hosting events.
