About The Toyz World

The Toyz World is a kids’ toy store offering a wide range of toys, games, collectibles and products for children of all age groups. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our team and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable toys and products.
Explain product features, perks and prices clearly.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and organized.
Handle billing and customer payments when required.
Maintain stock and inform the store manager about low-stock products.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist in promotional activities, offers and store events.




Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
Follow store policies and maintain discipline.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
Customer-service oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and billing systems.
Ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in retail/sales will be an advantage.
Candidates who have a passion for toys, kids' products and retail sales are preferred.
