Job Responsibilities
Handle client calls and understand technical issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems.




Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution.
Maintain support records and update data in MS Excel.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
Positive technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid problem-solving and learning ability.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
