We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain robust relationships with customers, ensure high satisfaction levels, and improve customer retention. The role involves proactive engagement, handling escalations, and delivering a seamless customer experience for internet services.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Proactively follow up with customers regarding service quality and feedback.
Coordinate with technical and field teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Monitor customer accounts to identify risks of churn and take preventive actions.
Promote service upgrades, renewals, and value-added services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.




Conduct customer feedback surveys and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in customer relationship management,
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
