Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive & Telecaller to manage and follow up on leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing product/service information, maintaining lead records, and coordinating with the sales team to convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to enquiries and leads received through IndiaMART

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.

Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/IndiaMART portal.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.

Prepare quotations or coordinate with the concerned team for quotations, wherever required.

Monitor pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.





Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Work towards achieving enquiry conversion and sales-support targets.

Required Skills

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Hindi and English communication required; knowledge of Bengali/local language will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet usage.

Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.

Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Ability to maintain records and work with CRM/IndiaMART leads.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or IndiaMART lead handling will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales or handling online business enquiries will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
