Purpose:
To manage and evaluate private equity investments, identify new opportunities, and support portfolio growth while ensuring robust returns and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential investment prospects.
Conduct financial, market, and business due diligence.
Prepare investment analysis, valuations, and recommendations.
Manage portfolio investments and track performance.
Coordinate with investors, advisors, and management teams.
Monitor market trends and investment risks.
Prepare regular investment and performance reports.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
1–10 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Valuable understanding of investment markets and due diligence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skill
