Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & QA Consultant to drive the design, configuration, validation, and production readiness of integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure-based services. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ServiceNow integrations, API/event-driven architectures, integration testing, and production deployment support.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage ServiceNow-side Azure API and Event integrations.
Design and implement API/event mapping, transformation, and correlation logic between systems.
Configure and maintain SharePoint references, integration logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
Develop and execute integration test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.
Lead end-to-end integration testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and coordinate with business stakeholders.




Validate data flows, event processing, and system interoperability across platforms.
Support deployment activities including release validation and production readiness assessments.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create deployment/support documentation.
Provide post-production Hypercare support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
