• Build and drive the training and development need assessment policy, processes and templates for the region.
• Assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs.
• Create Zonal strategy and action plan for training and development of the talent within the region.
• Assess and build the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate training and development action plan execution.
• Drive awareness and interest in sales training across the region.
