Compliance Manager – Insurance

Experience: 6–7 years

Preferred Industry: Insurance / Health Insurance / Banking / NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
Monitor IRDAI regulations, circulars and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
/n
Provide compliance advisory to Business and support functions.
/n
Review products, processes and business documents for regulatory compliance.
/n
Manage IRDAI correspondence, regulatory reporting, queries and inspections.
/n
Conduct compliance monitoring, identify gaps and track Compliance Action Plans (CAPs) to closure.
/n
Maintain compliance policies, SOPs, registers, trackers and governance documentation.
/n




Conduct compliance training and awareness programs.
/n
Support audits, regulatory reviews and strategic compliance initiatives.
/n

Key Requirements:

/n

/n
6–7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance.
/n
Solid knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance.
/n
Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred.
/n
Solid Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills.
/n
LLB / CS / CA / MBA preferred.
/n
