Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Support team in Pune.
This opportunity is specifically suited for candidates who are genuinely interested in building experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or Customer Operations and enjoy interacting with and assisting customers.
You will be communicating with customers regularly across calls, chats, and emails, understanding their concerns and helping them reach the right resolution.
Strong English communication and comfort with customer conversations are therefore essential for this role.
This is a Pune-based internship with mandatory Work From Office requirements for day shifts. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts based on business requirements and should not have constraints around shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries across calls, chats, and emails in a transparent, qualified, and timely manner
Listen to and understand customer concerns, ask relevant questions, and provide appropriate resolutions
Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining communication and service quality
Build strong knowledge of Amber's products, processes, and customer support workflows
Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required
Follow up on open issues and support timely ticket resolution
