We are looking for an experienced Centre Head to take ownership of our Chennai centre — driving people, operations, customer experience, sales, renewals, and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Centre & Operations Management

/n

Own the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.
/n
Ensure a welcoming, organized, and effective centre environment.
/n
Manage administration, utilities, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
/n

People & Team Leadership

/n

/n




Lead teachers and non-teaching staff, including scheduling, attendance, leaves, and performance.
/n
Build a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture.
/n
Resolve team concerns and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
/n

/n

Learner & Parent Experience

/n

/n
Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
/n
Address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
/n
Create a consistently excellent learner experience throughout the journey.
/n

Sales & Revenue

/n

/n
Own centre-level sales and revenue targets.
/n
Handle walk-ins, understand customer needs, present offerings, and convert enquiries into enrollments.
/n
Coach and support the Academic Counsellor to improve conversions.
/n
Drive learner renewals and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
