nKey Responsibilities
nSales & Business Management

Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the assigned region.n
Achieve revenue and profitability objectives through effective business planning and execution.n
Optimize secondary-to-primary sales ratio with channel partners.n
Lead new product launches and category expansion initiatives.n
Drive hospital business, institutional sales, and tender business in the region.n

nChannel & Distribution Management

Appoint and manage Super Dealers and Sub-Dealers to strengthen market penetration.n
Convert high-potential Sub-Dealers into Super Dealers.n
Expand and strengthen the orthopedic-focused chemist network.n
Ensure effective dealer engagement and channel profitability.n

nTeam Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals.n
Ensure complete manpower deployment and team productivity across the region.n
Monitor field productivity and improve sales team efficiency.n
Drive capability development and training initiatives to build a high-performance culture.n

nMarket Development & Customer Engagement

Identify and develop recent market prospects and expansion areas.n
Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, and retail influencers.n
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.n
