Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Client Associates.

Coach team members in all areas of relationship management to achieve exceptional performance.

Client Experience
Resolve critical client escalations.
Improve turnaround times and service quality.
Maintain high client satisfaction standards.

Operational Excellence
Design and improve client servicing processes.
Ensure seamless coordination across Financial Planning, Tax, Estate Planning, Compliance, Operations, and Business Solutions.
Drive process automation wherever possible.

Compliance & Governance




Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and process discipline.

Essential Skills sought are:
Proven leadership experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
Solid coaching and mentoring skills.
Willing to travel across Kerala.

Skilled certifications such as NISM, CFP, MBA, CA Inter, CFA (Level I or above), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Success in This Role

Within the first year, you will be expected to:
Improve client service quality and turnaround times.
Build a high-performing Client Associate team.
Reduce escalations through proactive service.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
