RapidShyp is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team in Gurugram.

If you have a solid background in D2C, E-commerce, Logistics, or Business Development and know how to turn opportunities into long-term business, we'd love to connect!

Experience: 4–8 Years

Role: Sales Manager – B2C / D2C

What we're looking for:
Strong experience in new customer acquisition and business development
Hands-on experience in the D2C / E-commerce ecosystem
Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure & onboarding
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience handling key accounts and driving upselling & cross-selling
Ability to manage sales pipelines, CRM,



follow-ups and revenue targets
Experience working with founders, business owners, e-commerce heads or other key decision-makers

Preferred backgrounds:

D2C | E-commerce | Logistics | Shipping/Courier Aggregation | E-commerce Logistics | Last-Mile Delivery | Fulfilment | Supply Chain / Logistics Tech
