We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our India team and take on a hands-on role supporting day-to-day IT operations across India while collaborating with teams across the Philippines, LATAM, and other global locations.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and regional/global IT operations.

What you'll be doing:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff
Deploy and maintain laptops, computers, and other IT equipment
Support both Windows and macOS environments
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, retrieval, repairs, inventory, and secure disposal
Maintain accurate hardware, software, license, and procurement records
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment, maintenance, and issue resolution
Support equipment deliveries, collections,



and inventory audits
Provide remote technical assistance to teams across different global locations
Support IT security best practices and contribute to regional and global IT initiatives

What we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or a related role
Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS
Experience with IT asset and inventory management
Exposure to procurement and vendor coordination
Familiarity with remote connectivity and troubleshooting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable coordinating with teams across multiple countries and time zones
