Position: Talent Sourcer

Location: Mumbai

Domain (Mandatory): Engineering/Construction

Experience Required: 4+ years in talent sourcing

Location: Mumbai – Hybrid (1–2 days office visit per week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Region hiring - India, Middle East and South Africa

Job Description:

Key Role Expectations:
Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates in the Engineering/Construction domain (Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Design, etc.)
Strong communication skills.
Robust exposure to job portals (Naukri & LinkedIn RPS, etc.)
Expertise in Boolean and X‑ray sourcing techniques.
Ability to screen profiles, build talent pipelines, and work closely with recruiters to support hiring delivery.
Valuable experience in sourcing profiles from India. Added advantage if experience in sourcing for Middle East/South Africa.
