Role & responsibilities
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including VSM, Kaizen, SMED, Cycle Time Reduction, Line Balancing, and productivity improvement across Man, Machine, Method, and Material.
Lead process engineering activities including Time & Motion Studies, Standard Work, Capacity Planning, and continuous process optimization.
Ensure manufacturing readiness for Current Product Introduction (NPI), SOP execution, and volume ramp-up through cross-functional coordination.
Optimize plant layout, material flow, and assembly operations to improve throughput, reduce bottlenecks, and meet customer demand.
Establish and maintain process documentation, 4M change management, BOM validation, ECN implementation, and manufacturing standards.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, QMS, safety requirements, traceability systems, and drive defect prevention through RCA and quality tools.
Support plant P&L; objectives through cost reduction, OEE improvement, manpower optimization, waste elimination, and operational excellence initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust exposure to Plastic Injection Molding, Assembly Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Recent Product Introduction.
