Most senior finance role, working closely with the Managing Director and managing finance operations across factories and multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash flow, treasury, banking, GST, taxation, statutory compliance and audits.
Oversee MIS, cash-flow reporting, fixed assets and insurance.
Lead the Head Office finance team and oversee branch finance teams.
Drive the company's Tally to ERPNext migration, including process implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
Robust, reliable career track record with long-term tenures.
Hands-on finance leadership experience in manufacturing or multi-location/branch businesses.
Experience managing 5+ team members.
Solid knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, taxation, accounting and statutory compliance.
Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA-inter
ERP implementation experience will be an added advantage.
