Job Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive with Real Estate/Plot Sales experience. The candidate should be confident in pitching residential plots, handling leads, follow-ups and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to real estate leads.
Pitch and explain residential plots/project details.
Understand customer requirements and handle objections.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Convince customers for site visits and bookings.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in MS Excel.
Achieve daily calling target.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telesales / Plot Sales / Property Sales.
Positive knowledge of sales pitching and lead conversion.
Solid Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
