We are looking for a highly analytical and self-driven Finance Operations Analyst to support senior leadership with financial and operational reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
• Extract and analyze data from systems such as Workday, Target process, and other internal platforms.
• Build and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
• Track financial, operational, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Consolidate large datasets and translate them into explicit business insights.
• Support recurring weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc leadership requests.
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to improve reporting and analysis.





Key Skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Robust financial/data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience in Finance Operations, FP&A;, or Business Operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take direction, and run with assignments.
• Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
• Workday/Target process and AI tools experience are a plus.
• Robust background in Excel needed.

Working Hours: Must have approximately 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
