Job Description:
Understand business requirements and identify areas requiring transformation or change.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation.
Work with business and technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Analyse current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies and prospects for improvement.
Support the complete business change / transformation lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology and operations.
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.
Track requirements, changes, issues and dependencies throughout the project.
Support UAT planning, test scenarios and business validation.
Ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
Provide regular project/status updates to relevant stakeholders.
