Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
Communicate professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Manage and respond to multiple email inboxes efficiently.
Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely Inventory fulfillment.
Handle customer queries, changes, confirmations, and issue resolution.
Use sound judgment and creative problem-solving to resolve customer situations.
Protect company margins and identify commercially sensible solutions.
Maintain accuracy across customer, ticket, pricing, and transaction details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid telephone etiquette and confidence in handling US customers.
Good email-writing and inbox-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Ability to think quickly and work independently.
Positive knowledge of Windows OS and general computer applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
