Role Description The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for fasteners, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This full-time, in office role is based in Nagercoil and involves coordinating with production teams to plan workloads, monitor machine performance, and optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role includes implementing and maintaining quality control procedures,



troubleshooting production issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The Production Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare production reports, and support training and guidance for operators and technicians.
Qualifications

• Robust foundation in Production Engineering and practical experience in manufacturing environments.
• Analytical skills to diagnose process issues, interpret production data, and drive improvement actions.
• Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and inspection methods in industrial production.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with production, maintenance, and management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
