Must Have Skills
GenAI-assisted testing experience, hands-on experience drafting driving the AI-enabled Automation test strategy.
ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience
Advanced SQL and data validation expertise
Snowflake, or Databricks, or cloud data platform experience
Python programming experience
Test automation framework development (data related automation solutions)
Data migration and reconciliation testing
Test leadership and stakeholder management experience
Agile, Jira, CI/CD knowledge
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, etc.)
Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
Data Quality/Observability tools
GitLab
Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge
