Job Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and potential customer leads.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Identify and approach recent projects, clients, architects, builders, and other business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication and build solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding leads and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in business development or sales is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation.
Ability to handle customer follow-ups and work towards targets.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
