Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Engineer Recruiter with robust knowledge of the US Staffing market and experience hiring engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit engineering specialists for US clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
Work on roles across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Automation, and related engineering domains.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines.
Ensure quality submissions and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment.
Solid knowledge of the US hiring process and engineering talent market.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in US shifts.
